Chad Leathers is a Texas based Director and Cinematographer with a passion for storytelling. He likes to make things. As a Director he has created documentaries, commercials and branded content for many brands like Under Armour / Brooks / Verizon Wireless / Saucony / Canon / Nike and many others. As a Director of Photography he has collaborated with many talented people to make short and long form documentaries, narrative and branded content / commercial work. He has seen his work play on streaming services Netflix and Hulu, film festival Fantastic Fest as well as Vimeo short of the week.

He has extensive experience developing and managing projects from creative conception, production through post and final delivery.

His work as a Director and DP has given him the opportunity to travel both the world allowing him to meet many fascinating people and see many beautiful places along the way. Growing up and looking forward to every trip to the theater or local video store he never takes for granted the career in which he gets to tell stories for a living.

He enjoys watching genre movies, biking and classic arcades.
